About Alexza

Alexza is passionate about helping clients find the best version of themselves in a non-judgmental, client-centered, genuine environment. She believes people are the experts in their lives and helps clients grow from their experiences.
Alexza has worked in mental health since completing her BSc in psychology at the University of Alberta. She obtained her MA in counselling psychology from City University and is currently a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Alexza began her career working as a behaviour therapist for children with autism and then moved on to working at CASA on the infant and preschool team, as well as private practice where she found her passion for working with clients of all ages with trauma.
