Kylee is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. She has had various roles working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse abilities and mental health for the past 10 years.

 

She prioritizes a safe, comfortable, and trusting therapeutic relationship for individuals to share their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. She is passionate about creating an open and non-judgmental space for individuals.

 

Kylee primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to help individuals understand their experiences and work towards their goals. She is also a certified EMDR therapist.

 

She utilizes the science of attachment to guide clients through understanding their experiences.

 

She works from a client-centered approach, emphasizing that each individual is the expert in their own life. She prioritizes collaboration with the client to foster autonomy and inner strength within the therapeutic process.
