While life can sometimes feel overwhelming, engaging in the therapeutic journey can be a brave step towards unlocking one’s resilient self. Lidiya believes that a therapeutic relationship built on values of collaboration, empathy and a tailored therapeutic approach is best suited to meet each client’s needs.
Lidiya primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioural therapy to help individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to distress and difficulties in functioning. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), a modality which can help process and release past experiences that may be holding you back.
