Offering in-person, video, or phone sessions
As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, my goal is to help all clients trust their experiences and feel their emotions while improving their ability to be in safe, affirming relationships with themselves and others. I have always been fascinated by people and truly believe that each person already has everything they need to live the life they envision. From an attachment-based perspective, I am particularly interested in working with clients hoping to improve their relationships.

My areas of interest included working with adults and couples improving their personal relationships, marital issues, anxiety, grief, and woman’s issues while also working with family conflict, peer relationships, mood issues, stress, emotional regulation and coping skills.
I look forward to having the privilege of hearing my client’s life stories in a genuine and safe space, empathize with their experience, and hopefully make them laugh along the way.
