About Teresa
Offering video sessions
As a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, Teresa specializes in working with children, youth, adults and families in the Edmonton and surrounding areas. She has clinical experience and training in working with families, infants, preschoolers, school-aged children and adults.
Many of the young children she works with present with challenges with attention, sleep, regulation, toileting, anxiety, feeding issues, aggression, etc. Parents also express concerns with parenting and attachment concerns.
In addition to her work in early childhood, she also offers assessment, consultation and therapy to school-age children and adults experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, behavioural and/or developmental challenges. Common concerns include stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, work-life balance and marital or family issues.
Although her private practice is run out of the ElmTree Clinic, she is also able to complete school, home and community visits when requested or needed. She finds she can collect rich assessment information that can add to treatment planning from other environments.
